Kit list for Axe Craft and Woodcraft Day Course

• Axe - bring a Hultafors/Gransfors Axe or equivalent - if you wish to buy one of our Hultfors axes please let us know in advance
• Water-proof jacket and trousers, fleece/jumpers, hat, gloves, scarf, a thermal baselayer can be useful year round
• Long trousers and sleeves - recommended to protect you from brambles and midge and tick bites (recommended)
• (In Scotland, May - Sept) - Insect repellent (non-deet) and midge headnet (strongly recommended)
• Cup
• Any medication you may need
• Hand sanitiser
• Toilet paper and any needed sanitary product + ziplock bag
• Firesteel (optional)
• Sheath knife (optional)
• Packed lunch
• Either bring flask with hot drink or ingredients to add to hot water provided on the course
